Her consultancy offers a range of services from personalised meal plans, group sessions, one to one consultations, to carrying out staff health assessments and providing recommendations and advice. Lesley Reid Nutritional Health was set up in 2013 as a freelance dietetic company by Lesley Reid, who has over 19 years experience as an NHS and Freelance Dietitian. Having started her career at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Gateshead back in 2000, within 2 years Lesley had taken up a post in the Glasgow Royal Infirmary, working mainly with Maternal health and helping mums with their nutrition in pregnancy. In 2009 Lesley moved into Community Dietetic where she continues to work and she has also worked in public health roles for NHS 24. At present, Lesley splits her time between the NHS and operating as a Freelance Dietitian across Glasgow and throughout Central Scotland.
