We stick to what we do best which is New Build and Refurbishment projects. After speaking to some current and potential clients we discovered that not many contractors target projects below the £2 million threshold so that’s exactly what we do: £50k to £2m. We don’t concentrate on any one market, instead we focus on building relationships as Main Contractor with clients and consultants who need and want our kind of service. We’re Ayrshire based and local projects are a key part of our business however most of our projects tend to be within the Central Belt.
We are John Fergusson & Jim Payne and Linea Construction is our business. We realised whilst working together at another (successful, respected, well known) construction company that we could do this on our own, so Linea Construction was born in 2006 and has gone from strength to strength ever since. Every client gets a personal service from us both. Being there to deal with every query is the part of our service, which our clients love.
