We move through yoga postures in a slow flow that is both highly accessible and richly challenging. The group is gentle and friendly. New class members are warmly welcome. The best way to start is by lightly dipping your toe in. Yoga is a delightful practice, proven to help you stay calm, strong, flexible and balanced. ​​ Lotus Leaf is a small indie yoga practice of around fifty members. The practice exists because we enjoy cultivating a sense of calm, strength, flexibility and balance together on a regular weekly basis.
