Yoga sessions which take place in your workplace. Studio equipment is provided. I also teach yoga workshops locally which allow you to develop your practice further or you may be interested in pursuing a particular topic. If you do not see your topic of interest, please contact me and if there is enough interest, I will consider teaching the workshop.
