Jill Runcieman and David Hockley formed MCS during the latter part of 2003. Today MCS manages a comprehensive portfolio of property throughout London and the Home Counties. The vast majority (nearly 85%) of new business to MCS comes by way of personal recommendation, either from existing clients or where clients have recommended MCS to friends, family or work colleagues. MCS is located in purpose built office space in Hertford, Hertfordshire. Minutes from the A10, M11 and M25, MCS’s location is such that within one hours drive we can reach most of London and the Home Counties.
