I am a REPS Level 3 Advanced Personal Trainer. I am a keen keep fit enthusiast who enjoys the outdoors in particular Mountain Biking. With 8 years industry experience I run a home/outdoor Personal Training service. I bring all the equipment you need, I use TRX , ViPR, Kettlebells, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises. All training is tailored to your goals/needs and is accompanied with a nutrition plan that is specific to you based on your current eating habits. I am a certified Precision Nutrition practitioner.
Mark is a Level 3 REPS Advanced Personal Trainer experienced in fat loss, cardiovascular, strength, and correctional rehabilitation training. As well as being able to provide weight management, and nutritional advice. Sessions are £45 per hour, £50 for initial consultation (waived if a block of sessions is purchased).
