Our staff have excellent knowledge of the area and its amenities and can discuss all the properties on our register in detail. We cover the whole of North Devon from Bideford and Torrington to Lynton on the North Coast, and we handle properties in all the major areas of Barnstaple, Braunton, Bideford, Ilfracombe, Clovelly and South Molton. We let all properties on Assured Shorthold Tenancies, which are for a minimum of six months, and the majority of properties are offered unfurnished. They will normally include carpets, curtains and a cooker.
