MDA Architectural Services Ltd has been established since August 2010. During that time we have worked with our clients on various projects. We are seen as the designer who can provide a quality service to clients in the Horwich, Bolton, Blackrod, Adlington, Rivington and Chorley areas. We provide accurate architectural drawings for builders and contractors to work from which are easy to understand, but more importantly to provide our clients with the new build or extension they have commissioned. We work primarily in the North West, with completed projects in Manchester, Preston, Blackburn, Bury and Oldham. Our commercial work with major retailers has taken us to many sites around England, Wales and Northern Ireland. We deal with more than 20 different local Planning Departments on their behalf each year.

Our aim is to develop the proposal with you so that you can achieve the maximum potential with your budget and ideas, usually in that order, but anything is possible. We have a core team of Architectural Designers and CAD Operatives with assistance from Structural Engineers, Mechanical and Electrical Engineers and Property Agents.
