We are specialists in Residential Lettings & Property Management. Our target area is in Uckfield, Lewes, Brighton, Eastbourne and most of rural East Sussex. Miles Property Management was founded in 1993 by Brian Miles and initially the company just delt with leasehold and block management. In 2003 MPM amalgamated with Brian Miles Surveyors and became Miles Property Management (South East) Ltd. In addition to the new surveying department, residential lettings and sales were added to our list of services. It was also decided that we would become a web based company and offer competitive fees whilst retaining high standards of service.

The business is web based which in this progressive age we believe is the future for this professional service. We have no large overheads due to expensive branches, which we feel is an obsolete concept. This allows us to provide highly competitive rates whilst still retaining a first class service.
