We are Bridgwater's number 1 gym for weight lifting and body building, with an extensive range of equipment. We pride ourselves in helping our customers to succeed in their fitness & training goals. Muscle 19 has an extensive range of Plate loaded equipment as well as Racks, Cages, Benches and Free weights. We also have a small selection of cardio equipment including treadmills, cross trainers and a punch bag, helping you to warm up and cool down after training. A full Dumbbell set ranging from 2.5kg to 60kg. Nearly 2 tons of Olympic cast iron plates. Plus a changing room with locker facilities and showers, as well as fresh drinking water dispenser. Muscle19 also has a vending machine when your in need of refreshments and supplements when training out of shop opening hours.
Muscle 19 was established in 2012 and has continued to grow its community since then. Muscle 19 takes its home in the former Rose & Crown Pub, which is the ideal setting for this old school feel Muscle gym. With a friendly and professional atmosphere it’s the perfect place for those wishing to reach and maintain their fitness goals.
