Established in 1935, W E Naylor & Son have been the backbone of many major developments throughout the East Riding. Many examples of their housing and commercial developments, products and services can be seen in Driffield and the surrounding areas. W E Naylor & Son have been instrumental in the construction of three of Driffield’s largest commercial employment centres – these being Dewhirsts on Westgate and Little Driffield; Twydale’s turkey processing plant on Skerne Road and the Cindico/Vertex Optical buildings also on Skerne Road. Over the years the firm has built a reputation for unrivalled skills, including the manufacturing and fitting of specialized joinery products such as windows, doors, frames and staircases. We have manufactured numerous shop fronts for a number of High Street retailers including Lloyds Chemists and Holland and Barratt and have delivered these nationwide. We have also produced and fitted over 30 shop fronts along the Driffield main street. In May 2009 the firm moved into new premises on Skerne Road, built by our own construction division. This new unit incorporates a large amount of modern machinery along with a new spray shop to fully finish a number of our products.
