Consultations are by appointment from 8.00a.m. to 7.30p.m. Monday to Friday, and from 8.00a.m. To 4.00p.m. on Saturdays. We recognise that both clients and their pets are often stressed during their visits to vets, by operating an appointment system this reduces both the waiting time and the stress levels to a minimum. Palmer & Duncan are committed to maintaining a high level of care to their patients and clients and therefore have a continuing education programme for all members of staff, and have been accredited as a tier 2 practice by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS accreditation is awarded to a Practice after inspection and certifies that the Practice conforms to designated standards).
