My technical support experience includes several years as an IT technician from which I gained Microsoft qualifications. Parks Teach and Tech provides all clients with individually tailored tuition. All clients have an informal chat to allow a plan of action to be agreed prior to learning and this allows me to find out their strengths and weaknesses to therefore create the right tuition for them.
