After obtaining an honours degree in Psychology in 2002, I obtained diplomas in Counselling and Life Coaching. I am an Accredited Play Therapist having a Postgraduate Diploma in Practice Based Play Therapy. I am also a cognitive behavioural therapy practitioner (CBT).
