We use the latest in survey technology, including Robotic and reflectorless Total Station utilizing RTK GPS techniques to produce data in industry standard digital formats including AutoCAD, Microstation, LSS and DXF. Allied to traditional surveying services PSS also offers 3D Real Time Virtual Reality modeling involving the integrated use of aerial/satellite imagery and physical and survey data. Whatever land development is proposed,whether large or small, individual buildings or structures, industrial developments, housing, quarries, windfarms or golf courses PSS can integrate them with the existing landscape/cityscape and generate walk-throughs, fly-overs, tunnel throughs, drive arounds and define zones of visual influence (ZVI’s) to assist the planning process.
