The Barry branch of Pethertons opened in 1988, named after the name of the original building in which it is located. The practice was very successful locally due to its professional yet caring approach to animals and owners alike. Following this success, the Wentloog Road branch in Rumney, Cardiff was set up. Yet again the approach of our team to caring for both pets and owners has made this branch a success within the local community — with staff receiving recognition from The South Wales Echo following nominations by owners. The success of the Wentloog Road branch has led to the opening of a brand new, purpose built Rumney clinic on Newport Road. This clinic has separate dog and cat areas, on-site parking, a pet shop and dog grooming facility.
