Our aim is to provide ‘cost effective engineering solutions’ to our clients. We pride ourselves on making skilled engineering judgments to give practical, well thought through, buildable solutions, not computer generated generic answers and drawings. We continue to invest in the latest technology and software and use these tools together with our experience to ensure clients receive the most up to date advice we can offer. Our vast range of experience gained over nearly 40 years means that few situations are new to us, whilst each will have its own unique circumstances. Training our staff to their full potential is extremely important to us. With the National shortage of Engineers we have taken many students from school and seen them through to their professional qualifications. We have loyal staff, many of whom have remained with Plandescil throughout their working life, enjoying the challenging and varied workload we undertake.
In July 2016, ownership of the Company transferred to an employee owned trust. We believe that this will ensure our core values of honesty and integrity are maintained as the company progresses to younger management. The new structure also provides a voice for all members of staff to have a say in the business and continue to take pride in working for a forward thinking company rooted in traditional family values.
