Property entrepreneur, Arv Soar, 45, began his career in property investment as a teenager managing his father’s property portfolio from his hometown of Nottingham. Arv set up Property Investment Portfolio (PIP), to help others achieve what he has in today’s competitive property market. PIP experienced incredible success in its first few years and Arv continues to grow the business by moving onto bigger projects and expanding the company’s portfolio across the UK… PIP is based in Nottingham with a satellite office in Hull which is the base for an ever-expanding team of managing agents and a full refurbishment team. As well as large scale refurbishment projects in regeneration areas, PIP also has a new build arm, which has recently successfully completed luxury apartment blocks in Derby and Nottingham, with plans in place for further developments in the near future.
After University, Arv decided that property was his passion and wanted to carve out a career for himself in the industry. After successfully buying and letting his first property in Nottingham whilst studying at University, his portfolio just grew from there, as he focused on refurbishment and refinancing. Over the past 10 years, Arv has invested in regeneration zones across the north of England and the Midlands and has built up a portfolio of over 200 properties, worth in excess of £20 million.
