Based in a lovely practice in Didsbury, I provide an open and non-judgemental environment to talk and help you. Whether life is getting on top of you, or you could just benefit from a place to explore your thoughts and feelings. Psychotherapy works through treating emotional and behavioural problems by using psychological techniques designed to encourage communication and an insight into problems. My own personal therapy journey started ten years ago and has helped shape the person I am today. I have a BA degree in History from the University of Manchester. I have completed four years of professional training in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy, I attend regular supervision and professional development sessions and am fully insured.
