I offer a range of therapeutic treatments either to target specific conditions or support and promote the body's natural systems to optimise health. A particular strength of the way I work is the option to combine therapies such as Reflexology with Ear Candling or using Therapeutic Massage to focus on recovery from identified conditions. I studied at the well-regarded York School of Complementary Medicine and Sylvia Brearley School of Therapy in Harrogate and hold Diplomas at Distinction level in both Reflexology and Therapeutic Massage. I am a member of the Complementary Therapy Association (CThA) and adhere to their codes, professional practices and insurance policies and am also a full member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR). I have also taken First Aid training.
