Our services include Feasibility studies, Design Brief development, Planning applications, Building Regulations applications, Working drawing packages, 3D Imagery. We also get involved with marketing design, including logos, presentation packages and website design. We know how daunting a construction project can be, no matter how small, so we will guide you through the process. Our initial consultation is always free and will help us form the basis of the scope of work and fee. We will be open about costs and our "hands on" approach has proved incredibly successful in the past. Tim gained his Post Graduate Diploma in Architectural Practice (PART III) in 2007 with Commendation from the University of De Monfort, Leicester. He is a fully qualified, ARB registered and RIBA chartered Architect. We work with local builders, Engineers and other professional consultants to develop design-led solutions for all of our projects and we are determined to provide a service that far exceed our clients expectations.
