In 2017 we teamed up with the Malt Kiln Farm shop to bring you “Rebecca’s Kitchen”, a very exciting and tasty cafe. Our passionate chefs use the seasonal fruit and vegetables grown on the farm, meat from the in-house butchers and local produce where possible; classic British cuisine with a modern twist! The cafe is open daily for breakfast to lunch, a gin & tonic to a cup of locally roasted coffee. Our lunch menu is seasonal and is accompanied by a specials board which changes daily.
Having worked within the catering industry for over ten years, Rebecca has a wealth of experience and knowledge. Having started at renowned hotels such as The Stakis, The Hilton and The Belmont House Hotel, which are all in the Leicestershire region, Rebecca decided to broaden her experience and develop managerial competencies and so began working with Charisma Catering Ltd, providing excellent service for outside and inside catering.
