Free legal advice is provided in the areas of Housing, Asylum and Immigration. We are also able to offer representation in Housing, Asylum and some immigration matters for example, those involving domestic violence. Our sister Community Interest Company, Rochdale Legal Enterprise is able to offer representation in Immigration and Asylum Matters at an affordable price. The same solicitors and caseworkers that work for Rochdale Law Centre also carry out work for Rochdale Legal Enterprise. Rochdale Law Centre was established over 20 years ago to promote access to justice and to serve the needs of traditionally oppressed groups and those whose access to the legal system is restricted.
