All my massage Therapies include Hot Stones (read article from my trainers), apart from Myofascial Release. I believe everyone should have the benefit of heat in their treatments to speed the process of recovery from tension or injury. This makes my treatments excellent value for money when you consider what most spas and clinics charge for Hot stone. They are optional of course. I trained as a Certified Advanced Clinical Massage Therapist at the Jing Institute in Brighton and continue to train with them still. I have seventeen years experience working in Lewes, Brighton and Hove, helping to solve the myriad muscular pain conditions that my clients come to me with. Remedial massage doesn’t sound very lovely but I strive to make the experience as indulgent as I can whilst getting to the source of the problem.
