Sanger Keith Associates

Keith has been working in the construction industry since 1967. He is a Chartered Surveyor and Chartered Construction Manager. He holds Fellowships of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, The Chartered Institute of Building and The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He began his career as an Indentured Student with a City of London Contractor under the auspices of the London Mater Builders Association. This first phase of his career saw him acting for contractors including Trollope & Coles (part of the Trafalgar House Group), Miller Buckley and was then Regional Surveyor for Brims Southampton Office and as Chief Surveyor with Ashlinden Builders (part of London and Manchester Securities Group). He was employed by New Forest District Council as Liaison Officer for the Hythe Marina Development in the mid-80s. In 1988, he established Keith Sanger Associates Ltd , a multi-practice firm of Chartered Surveyors. In the nearly 30 years since then the Practice has, and continues, to act for a wide range of Clients, offering a range of services.
