I am a fully qualified and insured Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist and Hypnotherapy Supervisor, with many years of experience in running a busy practice. I worked from The Newport Clinic of Holistic Health for a number of years before expanding my private practice into Cwmbran in 2013. I trained at The Clifton Practice in Bristol, one of the foremost Hypnotherapy training centres in the country, and gained the 'Gold Standard' Hypnotherapy Practitioners Diploma and the Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy, and am now a Solution Focused Supervisor. My main areas of interest are anxiety, OCD and phobias, I have lectured on emetophobia with The Clifton Practice in Bristol, and for several years I was a member of the Hospital Hypnotherapy team based in the University Hospital of Wales Cardiff working with patients undergoing chemotherapy who were experiencing anticipatory nausea, needle phobias and claustrophobia relating to MRI investigations.
I first became interested in hypnotherapy through personal experience of stress and anxiety. I was so amazed at the difference in myself as a result of having Solution Focused Hypnotherapy that I chose to change career.
