In September 2016 we added the Scoffield Stone brand, with it’s office in Hilton, to the company and in 2017 ourhouse was named one of the country’s top 20% of best estate agents by the Property Academy, gaining entry to the Best Estate Agent Guide. The Scoffield Stone brand was established in 2010 and was added as a trading identity to the already established ourhouse (uk) limited in September 2016. Scoffield Stone operates in both Derbyshire and East Staffordshire with its office conveniently located in the centre of Hilton.
