Consuming over 5,000 cubic meters of timber every month from our 50 acre site, Service Timber Ltd have operated for more than 25 years as a specialist Timber Importer. Our comprehensive milling service includes; 4 Seven headed moulders for precision machining, 2 Twin Line band saws for accurate re-sawing, 4 Grecon precision crosscuts, 1 Paul XCut for automated multi-length cross cutting, 2 Holtec, full pack crosscut working to a 3mm tolerance, 2 Mayer PS 9Z Beam Saws for precision cutting sheet materials, 2 Double Ended Tenoners plus various other specialist Drilling, T Nutting and Angle cutting machinery for the supply of Timber Bedding Components. We can sort and re-pack timber to customer’s requirements. We also have a pressure preservative treatment plant offering TANALITH E waterborne preservative. Deliveries are made on our own fleet of lorries, with one articulated unit, one HiAb offload, one 7.5 tonne curtain side and three 26 tonne curtain side vehicles.
