sMaRT Employment Law is owned and run by Mark Treacher, an Employment Law Specialist with over 25 years experience - which began with the then in-house legal department of the British Railways Board. We combine our legal training and expertise with practical business skills to provide advice, support and assistance to employers on the full range of employment law issues - from recruitment to termination, including employment tribunal representation. In his last role, Mark was a member of the employment team in a large solicitors firm in Central London. He decided however, that he could do things diferently and better on his own and offer clients much better value for money, while still providing a first class service. So on 1st June 2013 he launched sMaRT Employment Law. Mark is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.
