We are a family firm formed by John Mair in 1991, John has vast experience in all aspects of the construction industry having worked previously as a quantity surveyor and with the Local Authority. John has built a solid reputation for top quality construction. Alistair joined the company in 2007. He completed his HND in architectural technology whilst working as a technician in a chartered architect practise where he built his knowledge base and skill set. Working closely with our clients we provide a bespoke service that is tailored to each individuals needs which allows us to fully understand their hopes and aspirations for each project. We can provide a full service from start to finish or only part of the building process wither it be design, testing or construction. Our aim is to provide a service which not only meets but exceeds client’s aspirations through both design and construction. We are committed to designing and building low energy affordable homes which fit the needs for 21st century living by using the latest technologies and materials. We are constantly learning and adapting our existing skillset as well as learning and gaining new qualifications which recently include iATS approval for air tightness testing and RIAS certification for section 6 accreditation all of which allow us to provide a better service to our clients.
