I have been teaching yoga since 2008, most recently specialising in pregnancy classes.I am also available for private individual or group tuition in hatha (non pregnancy) yoga or pre/post natal yoga. I am a qualified Thai Yoga Massage Therapist and a trained NCT Breastfeeding Peer Support Worker. I am accredited by the British Wheel of Yoga and am a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals. I am fully insured and First Aid trained. Yoga has been the common thread running through my life since 2001 and yoga in one form or another is always the place I return to when I want to feel that I am ‘home’. I have been teaching since 2008 having trained with Yogacampus in London and I later qualified to teach pregnancy yoga with Nadia Narain at triyoga. My practice is influenced by various styles and I have trained with some amazing teachers including Jeff Phenix, Mathew Sanford, John Scott, Tias Little and Anna Ashby.
I'm Salome Chasey Williams. I have been teaching yoga since 2008 and pregnancy yoga since 2010. I am passionate about helping women to improve and enjoy their experience of pregnancy and birth using a range of techniques including increased information, mindfulness, yoga and breath awareness. My teaching is non dogmatic and humorous and I love working with mummies to be who often come back for subsequent pregnancies.
