In 1994 he started his own business as 'John Stokes' Estate Agents in Wem, together with a Halifax Agency. Peter Stokes, MNAEA (Member of The National Association of Estate Agents) and a former chairman of the local Shropshire branch. Peter worked for a local firm of Estate Agents before joining his father in 1994. In 2002 Peter opened 'Stokes Bros' Estate Agents in Whitchurch, The two firm merged in 2004 to form 'Stokes' Estate Agents. John and Peter have a wealth of experience in residential and commercial sales, valuations, auctioneering and residential lettings.
