No No think twice uncaring service and being ignored
Be very carefull of this agency, they seem so nice at first, but once they get those keys, they become arrogant and neglect you. They ignore emails, and questions, to avoid confrontation, of any sort, and have hired a rogue plumber, didn't check his crudentials, and has charged me 470.00, for a job not properly done, he is being struck off as a plumber,and they, put a tenant in my flat, before the agreement was signed, I have asked for a refund, and they don't respond, it was their error, and you pay a fee, and end up working for them, I have ended up very frustrated and feel ripped off. I am hoping to get my money back, thru trading standards, as they dont respond.
