In 2006 I decided to specialise as a Sports Massage Therapist gaining a Level 4 Diploma from the Southern School of Massage Therapy. My experience and continued professional development since has awarded me gold level membership with the Sports Massage Association. In 2012 I was privileged enough to be selected as part of the medical team at the London 2012 Olympics. I spent two weeks in the medical centre within the athletes village providing sports massage to all the Olympic athletes. A truly incredible and memorable experience.
I have lived in Sussex for most of my life and I have been involved with sport since the age of 3. I chose to pursue a career in this field and graduated with a BSc. Honours degree in Sports Studies and Psychology in 2001. I continued gaining valuable experience and further qualifications within the health and fitness industry thereafter.
