A growing sector of our work is in the Inspection and Certification of new build properties for self builders. Over the last 20 years we have successfully guided many builds through the construction process from initial setting out of the house to final decoration. Our Certification is accepted by all Council for Mortgage Lenders (CML) members for staged and final payment purposes.
