The owners of Lordship Court asked Thackray to help update the exterior of the building, this included rendering and painting external features to bring up to current modern styling, whilst maintaining an extremely high level quality. The Thackray team worked with specialist plasterers and decorators work to ensure a perfect finish. We have worked on various conservation projects with William Miller Architects of Cottenham. One project in Over involved a 17th Century Queen Anne brick house. The owners of this listed building wanted to convert former craft workshops into high tech offices.The buildings which were to be converted were once part of the yard to the house and therefore were regarded as listed buildings. A sympathetic and modern construction enabled the creation of 3 cellular offices with meeting rooms and kitchen facilities.
