The Clock Work Shop

The Clock Work Shop, Hampshire, was established in 1996 in Parchment Street, Winchester. In 2017 we joined forces with Simon Allen of Abbotsbury in Dorset, and now our showroom is located there. We continue to maintain a workshop in Winchester which is now run by Richard Scorey. Richard Scorey joined the business in July 1998. Richard had an engineering background before he completed the three year British Horological Institute examinations in technical horology, where he gained graduate status. In 2009 Richard was accepted as a Professional Member of the British Horological Institute. Richard now runs the workshop at Kings Worthy. Kevin came to antique clocks having served an apprenticeship as a helicopter engineer, and has a love of all thing horological, but especially antique British longcase/grandfather clocks and lantern clocks. Kevin now spends his time working at his workshop at home or in Abbotsbury.
