The Gym has a great atmoshpere which anyone would see from just 1 session at The Gym. Its a goals driven gym, powered by hard work and determination. We have facilities ready to meet everybody's needs and continuosuly add to our already impressive gym floor. We have one of the best, many say best, weights areas in Gloucester, accompanied by cardio equipment, a fitness rig and plenty of room to do your own thing. The staff are all fully trained and enthusiastic ready to help with any questions you may have, or if you simply need a quick spot. We also have some great Personal Trainers available at The Gym if you want to take your fitness to a whole new level. The parking is FREE.. So why not pop down for a workout. Wether its for a single session or to take out a membership, I'm sure you will have a great workout.
