In addition to the employment of an established workforce of skilled operatives, the company operates a purpose-built and equipped factory with computerised batching and mixing plant and overhead cranes serving its casting shops and storage areas. There are also workshops for the manufacture and alteration of moulds and for the cutting, bending and fabrication of steel reinforcement cages. There are further facilities for the dimensioning of natural limestone, sandstones and granites and for the preparation terracotta tiles and brick facings for precasting purposes. Facilities can also be made available for the off-site installation of windows into our precast wall cladding panels before their delivery to site. The company operates a fleet of low and semi-low trailers with “A” frame superstructures and standard-height trailers for the safe and efficient delivery of precast concrete units. Located in North Somerset and linked by a dual carriageway to Junction 21 of the M5, we are conveniently located to source materials and to deliver our precast panels to projects throughout the UK mainland using the national motorway network.

The company’s comprehensive services cover the detail design, manufacture, delivery and, where appropriate, the installation of architectural precast concrete units. These are supported by the following specialist resources: An in-house drawing office with networked CAD facility running Autocad and Revit for BIM software packages for the preparation of general arrangements drawings and their development into builders work and workshop drawings and details.
