We aim to provide British food at its best, with high quality, free range, locally sourced meat which is affordable for all to enjoy. Our meat is from a farm assured, family run farm which specialises in free range pork & grass fed beef based in Laughton, East Sussex (Mays Farm Cart) which was nominated for Sussex Butcher of the Year 2017. Our rolls are supplied by an independent baker (Mamoosh) based in Newhaven, East Sussex. She specialises in brioche rolls & pittas. We have an allotment where we grow our own herbs & vegetables which are used with in our sauces & accompaiments on our menus. We can cater for all of your requirements whether it be a small hog roast or a large wedding, we will tailor make our menu to suit you. We also provide street food for markets, festivals & outdoor events. All of our food is prepared in our commercial kitchen in Newhaven.
