Treatments are tailored to individual needs, using a combination of Massage, acupressure and aromatherapy or reflexology. Treatments last for approximately 1 hour and cost £35. An additional charge of £10 is made for the initial treatment to cover assessment and consultation. Acupressure is an ancient healing art that uses the fingers to apply pressure to key points on the body to stimulate the body’s natural self-curative ability. When pressure is applied to these points they release muscular tension, promote the circulation of blood and enhance the body’s life force to aid healing.
