My name is Tomasz Klimkowski and I am Bedfordshire wedding photographer, owner of Tomasz Klimkowski Photography, living in Bedford. A person with a passion for chasing and capturing important moments through the lenses of my camera. In essence, I shoot lifestyle photography, no matter whether it’s wedding photography or location portrait photography.
I originally come from Poland and have been living in the United Kingdom since 2003. Currently, I live in a beautiful county Bedfordshire, where my family have been living for over 15 years. I love its proximity to some of the Home Counties and the magnificent London.
When my wife and I arrived back then the plan was to stay for about a year and travel across the UK and Ireland. 16 years later we are still here. As a result, we can honestly say that this country has become our new home and the place to raise our family. To share a little bit about myself; I have a degree in Electronics and have worked in manufacturing for one of the most iconic brands in the world. But it is photography, amongst a few other things, that truly makes me happy.
Tomasz Klimkowski is a portrait and wedding photographer based in Bedfordshire who provides an authentic and natural photography with a passion for storytelling through beautiful imagery. Art of creating beautiful images of people for people is the main force driving me forward. Above all my goal as a photographer is to show your character and a whole range of emotions which I aim to embed into photos. Photos, that will be cherished for a lifetime.
Three different wedding packages are offered to suit most needs:
I am a Bedford portrait photographer covering Bedfordshire and beyond. Location photography is by far my favourite discipline because I love the incredible selection of beautiful backgrounds on offer. The variety is just not available in a studio environment and results in creative portraits and beautiful photographs. Being outside also tends to be a much more relaxed experience for a client and photographer. Therefore family sessions tend to be great fun. Most importantly natural light is a powerful feature in itself and a vital ingredient in the creation of beautiful, timeless images.
Generally speaking, portraits and location photography are the staple of every lifestyle portrait photographer’s work. Therefore it follows that great interaction and a bond between the clients and the photographer who presses the shutter is of paramount importance. Of course, I do understand that the thought of being professionally photographed can seem an intimidating experience when you have never met before. However, it is my job to make sure you feel as comfortable as possible during the shoot so when we arrive on location I tend to spend a while with you so you can feel 100% natural and relaxed before we commence the session.
My family photography session usually happens outside, ideally in local parks, woods, adventure playgrounds or other favourite family spots. Children then get occupied during the family portraits session, and resulting images are natural, relaxed and simply fun family photography.
One more thing to add is that I love the incredible selection of beautiful backgrounds on offer while shooting outdoors. This variety is not available in a studio environment and results in creative and beautiful photographs. Being outside also tends to be a much more relaxed experience for children and photographer. Next two wedding packages contain extra products and have been created based on my experience of what many couples want from their wedding photography. The Midnight Blue Collection set is my optimal offer. As well as the wedding coverage there is an ‘Ice Breaker’ in form of pre-wedding location Engagement Shoot. It provides a great opportunity for you to see me working and for us to get to know each other before the wedding. The “Golden Collection” package provides a balanced selection of digital and printed presentation products with an Engagement Shoot and a luxury handmade Wedding Album.
