TPS took a long time finding the perfect premises. Having found “the best window in Matlock”, Liz set about taking a fresh approach to the look and feel of the agency. After creating an environment in which buyers and sellers felt comfortable and inspired, Liz assembled the best possible staff team whose passion for the business supports clients through some of the biggest moves of their lives. TPS will always be family business but as we grow we will never comprise on either our professionalism or our family feel.

Our company was conceived by Liz Oldershaw in 2005 who, in recognising the unique offer TPS would bring to the market place, began the company using only the internet and telephone.
