We deliver your larger mobility aid personally, to your home. In the case of scooters and wheelchairs, we will demonstrate the use of the scooter / wheelchair and advise on the important do's and don'ts, as well as its care and maintenance. Our on site servicing engineers carry out periodic service checks and repairs. If you have a problem with a product supplied by us, we do not ask you to box up your scooter or wheelchair and send it back to us, like some of the companies selling cheap scooters in newspapers and via the web. We will come out to you, usually within 24 hours. If we cannot correct the fault immediately we can usually provide a loan replacement unit until the repair is complete.
