Vibe Hut Personal Training is for adults and that means all adults of all ages, men and women. Our clients range from 18 year olds to those in their late 60’s. As all training is personally tailored and mentored everyone can benefit and as our staff are all fully qualified personal trainers we can take into account pre-existing conditions or restrictions and work with our clients to cater for these and often assist in their recovery.
