Because we only work only in these areas we are able to provide considerable experience and a high degree of specialist knowledge. Where we need to involve lawyers specialising in other subjects, we have close working relationships with other law firms in the Gatwick area with a similar approach to ours who we can either engage or introduce you to. We all have have wide experience of commercial law. Michael Randall spent ten years as an in-house lawyer before returning to private practice — and as part of that role was acting as a client†rather than a solicitorâ€. This practical experience helps him to look at issues through the client’s eyes, and to communicate in plain, understandable, English. Michael specialises in advising on company sales and acquisitions, employment law, and contract preparation and negotiation.
