As a qualified massage therapist, I am passionate about massage and the benefits it provides. It is a wonderful way to help you achieve deep relaxation and can relieve muscle fatigue and strain. There are many benefits to massage therapy including physical, emotional and physiological improvements in the body. No one treatment will work for every individual, so each treatment session is tailor made to meet the clients needs and a consultation is carried out prior to any treatment commencing.
