Care Response is promoted and supported by the Royal College of Chiropractors. It is considered important for all healthcare organisations to record and assess how well Patients respond to care. On booking your initial appointment, with your agreement, we will send you a simple questionnaire by email to complete and return about your condition. This is highly confidential and assists the Chiropractor in having some knowledge of the patient’s condition prior to the initial Consultation and Examination.
