In addition to new-build homes, we undertake commissions for apartments, refurbishments, substantial extensions and interior design. To ensure the highest quality, the principal is actively involved with each project from inception to completion and beyond. This direct involvement at all stages is to ensure the specific project’s design integrity as well as adherence to the practice project procedures. Often when developing the design and its architectural interior we are asked to provide further input into finishes decoration furniture selection and designing bespoke. Working with developers, landowners and end users a great variety of projects have been undertaken for major national operators in urban and rural settings through all phases of design, construction and contract procurement methods involving food, non-food retail leisure, office and industrial schemes.
