I believe that we need to move in different ways, at different speed and intensity to stay healthy and happy.. Come and move your body, breathe deeply and calm your mind with me. Most of all, come and have fun! Life is too short to be serious! I have lots of exciting events coming up for you. Have a look below for a quick list. News: Hi yogis and runners! We had so much fun on our Yoga & Trail Running Derbyshire Dales weekend on October 18th-20th this year. This year we also opened the retreat up to those who could only do a day or half a day and it was just so much fun. We are now planning our retreats fro 2020 and we already have 2 dates for you. Our first one will be on May 1st-3rd and our second one will be on September 11th-13th.
